Her family is treated as a joke due to her parents' multiple failed, high profile projects, making her prone to bullying. She lives in a small town with her grandfather after her parents move to Saudi Arabia for a year. She obsesses over death to the point where she constantly reads and writes poems about it. Millie also has a black cat named Annabel Lee, named for the Edger Allan Poe poem. Due to her dark appearance, she garners a lot of negative attention, to the point where she's called Dracula's Daughter in a mocking way. The musical rock group "Baby" has been in existence for seven years and is composed largely of former Tascosa High School Students. Their first single, "So Long, My Friend," has risen rapidly on the charts. "Baby" starts its summer tour following the release of their record. At times they sound like other groups including Poco, Loggins & Messina and Grand Funk, but they still retain their own sound.
